Abundance of Captivity
Koncept definition:
Det här konceptet är en personlig känsla jag har. Jag är en ung kvinna I tidig 30 års ålder som försöker att utveckla sig själv I nutiden I världen. En tid när kvinnor har möjligheten att göra allt men där det fortfarande finns oskrivna regler.
Jag känner mig förtryckt I det här samhället. Jag är fast I en slags tvångströja som jag inte kan ta mig ur. Allt detta påverkar mig och syns I mina kläder.
Concept definition:
This concept is a personal feeling I have. I am a young woman in her beginning 30’s who tries to develop herself in this time in the world. A time where woman are able to do everything but where there are still unwritten rules.
I feel suppressed in this society. I am in this sort of cocoon I cannot get out of. This all has effect on my clothes.
I feel oppressed,
trying to escape the abundance,
abundance of captivity,
captivity of anarchism…

One of the original fixtures of the 70s & 80s punk movement, Vivienne Westwood still manages to remain a fashion force of nature to this day. "I don't look at fashion magazines and don't watch television," she recently told a crowd of 100-plus people that had gathered for the launch of her partnership with mass marketer Nine West. "I don't know what other designers are doing. But the human race has never looked more ugly than they do today."
